Cancelation Policy

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, there will be a charge of $125

Appointments canceled within 72 hours of scheduled appointment, there will be a charge of $40

Multiple cancellations will result in:

Patients paying out of pocket will have to prepay for examinations and/or vision therapy

Patients on Medicare or Blue Cross Blue Shield will have to call the office ON THE DAY they are readily available to see the doctor.

Sick/Sick During Covid

We want to assure the safety of all our patients, especially during this time.

If you are sick the day before your scheduled appointment, please call the office to cancel.

At this time, you will be required to send a negative COVID test prior to scheduling another appointment.
